Email Redirects/Forwards/Aliases

If your initial account login is fred for the domain fred.com (your domain name will not always be the default login but in most cases it is) then you already have one POP3 account of fred@fred.com . If you would like to receive email by the name of sales@fred.com or webmaster@fred.com for example , you can use an email forward or set up dedicated pop accounts

Most hosts allow you to have as many forwards as you like to any single POP3 account.

To make webmaster@fred.com point to your POP3 account fred@fred.com follow these instructions.

  1. First of all log into your cpanel.
  2. Click on Mail
  3. Click on  Forwarding and then add forwarder
  4. Next you will see  a @1stchoicewebhost.co.uk (or whatever your domain is)         with a  >> and an empty box next to it for the email address to be forwarded to
  5. Click the add forward button below and your done.

 * This might vary slightly from host to host depending on the theme
